With no record company interest, the band opted to produce and distribute their debut album independently.

After lead vocalist/guitarist George Mitrov found God and left Rampage in May 1988, the remaining band members spent two months searching for a replacement before disbanding. Dave Frew and Bruno Canziani went on to join Hobbs Angel of Death.
