3 Inches of Blood was formed by Jamie Hooper with guitarists Sunny Dhak, Bobby Froese and Jay Watts, who were soon joined by brothers Rich Trawick and Geoff Trawick. Watts left the band early on when the other members decided to relocate from Victoria to Vancouver.
